Welcome to the Apprentice Resource Hub

We’re glad you’re here! This page is your go-to resource for submitting monthly reports, accessing your Related Technical Instruction (RTI) schedule, reviewing program documents, and connecting with your apprenticeship team. Please bookmark it for easy access.

Our goal is to support you through every step of your apprenticeship journey, from Readiness Training to program completion. If you have questions, are falling behind in your coursework, need help managing your schedule, or run into any obstacles—whether they’re personal (like transportation or family responsibilities) or professional (like workload or communication on the job)—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help get you through, and there are services available to support you. You can contact any of us at any time. We want you to succeed!

Monthly Report Policies & Submission

Submitting your Monthly OTJ Hours Report is a required part of the apprenticeship program. This report is due by the 5th day of each month for the previous month’s hours.

These reports help us track your total hours for wage progression and provide important feedback about your experience. Please be as detailed as you can in your responses.

If you did not work during the month, you must still submit a report and check the box that says "I did not accrue any on-the-job hours this month."

Please use this form to upload your timesheets or other proof of hours worked.

Related Technical Instruction (RTI)

Related Technical Instruction (RTI) is the classroom or online coursework portion of your apprenticeship. While you gain skills on the job, RTI helps you build technical knowledge in areas like quality systems, safety, math, and biomanufacturing processes.

You are expected to complete each assigned course before the start of the following week. Most courses will be self-paced and completed online, but a few will be live sessions. We will coordinate with you to schedule the live sessions at a time that works for you. All training hours—whether online or live—count toward your total required instruction time.
