Purpose

Oregon Bio Women (OBW) advances and elevates women across Oregon’s life sciences community. We create structured opportunities for connection, mentorship, professional growth, and leadership development — from early-career professionals to senior executives.

Who Should Participate

OBW welcomes professionals across the life sciences ecosystem — whether you work in research, operations, finance, law, marketing, strategy, or are building and leading companies. You do not need to be a scientist to be part of this community.

Whether you are new to the field or an established leader, OBW provides meaningful opportunities to connect, contribute, and grow.

How to Join

OBW is guided by a dedicated leadership committee. Individuals may nominate themselves or others to serve. We welcome professionals committed to advancing leadership, fostering inclusion, and strengthening Oregon’s life sciences ecosystem.
