We’re looking for candidates who are committed to completing the BioCatalyst credential and who will be strong hires for our employer partners. The questions below are designed to assess program fit and readiness for bioscience roles.
- What motivated you to apply for the BioCatalyst Program, and how do you see it supporting your career goals?
- What skills or experiences from your past work do you think will be most useful in a bioscience role?
- Bioscience roles often require learning new tools, systems, or regulations quickly. Can you share an example of when you had to adapt to something unfamiliar in your work?
- Can you give an example of a time when you spotted a problem early and took action to fix it?
- Have you ever been in a project where priorities were unclear or shifting? How did you keep yourself aligned and make progress?
- Describe a time you had to weigh different approaches to a problem and choose the best one.
- Would you describe a time when working as part of a team was important to reaching a goal?
- Tell me about a time you worked with someone whose personality or style was very different from yours. How did you make it work?
