I am a procurement and supply chain leader with over 15 years of experience driving transformation across biotech, medtech, high-tech, and global consumer brands. I bring the mindset of a founder and the discipline of a global operator, focused on building scalable systems that improve how organizations buy, partner, and grow.
My expertise spans source-to-pay (S2P) transformation, supplier relationship management, category strategy, and ERP integration, with a strong emphasis on user adoption, compliance, and measurable impact. I have led complex initiatives in highly regulated environments, including MedTech, Pharma, and API manufacturing, with deep experience in quality systems and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485).
Previously, I led U.S. market growth initiatives for a German API manufacturer, advancing strategic partnerships and public sector contracting. At Nike, I led a global distribution automation initiative that unlocked over $300M in cost avoidance potential. I also founded and led Twofold Inc., raising $2M in venture funding and building partnerships with global brands. Earlier in my career, I delivered significant cost savings and on-time delivery improvements in medical device sourcing and logistics.
