Billy Le is an experienced engineering and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, analytical laboratories, and high-reliability systems. With deep expertise in electron and ion beam technologies, process improvement, and cross-functional project execution, he is transitioning into the Oregon life sciences sector to support medical device and biotechnology innovation. Billy holds a BS in Computer Science, is pursuing an MS in Analytics through Georgia Tech’s OMSA program and has completed program management and life sciences training through Oregon Life Sciences.
