I build and scale business operations from concept to maturity with measurable results in revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. In most of my roles, I’ve operated as a general manager—regardless of official title—overseeing P&L, leading cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of all initiatives that impact performance.

Some highlights from my career:
Successfully led the launch of a $100M state-of-the-art synthetic biology manufacturing facility at Twist, relocating complex operations without business disruption and enabling 24/7 operations.
Built and led a genomics center for cancer research from the ground up, overseeing business development, bioinformatics, applied mathematics, and large-scale data processing operations while at Intermountain Healthcare.
Deployed a comprehensive laboratory management software stack (LIMS) and implemented ISO 9001, 13485, and CLIA/CAP compliance standards while at Eurofins. Transformed a fledgling business unit into a multi-million dollar operation.
I have technical experience in genomics, DNA sequencing, molecular biology, and NGS data analysis.
A recurring theme of my career has been to deliver on large-scale projects including laboratory buildouts, major product launches, software deployments, and technology transfers.
After a sabbatical to travel and study, I’m energized to join a dynamic organization where I can help grow teams, optimize operations, and create value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
