Speakers

Jenn Klotz is the Local Government Affairs and Community Engagement lead for Genentech in Oregon where she has worked for over 16 years.  During her time there she has been a leader in creating and implementing strategies that impact the workforce, the community and Genentech’s patients.

Ndeye Makalou is a visionary leader in global healthcare with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Ndeye's journey began in the laboratories and clinics of Senegal, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. An insatiable curiosity and a burning desire to improve healthcare in her country propelled Ndeye to pursue further education in the United States, where she earned a Master's in Biology from Texas Southern University. Her career spans from quality control, clinical research, R&D drug development, global supply chain to executive-level strategic initiatives, driving growth and innovation across global markets.
