This working session will take place during the Oregon Bio 2025: Workforce and Innovation in Focus annual conference. It will bring together Oregon-based founders, researchers, and public-sector partners to assess the state’s growing activity in synthetic biology and explore whether it can serve as a catalyst for broader bioeconomy development. Participants will discuss current strengths, shared infrastructure needs, and what’s required to position Oregon as a recognized leader in this space.
