Parking: included in your admission for Monday and Tuesday - no permit purchase required - please disregard permit related signage.
Lots C and E are the closest to the Event Center, but you’re welcome to park anywhere not marked staff-only.

Check-In
Check-in/badge pick up for the conference will be in the Event Center lobby (Building 9), beginning Monday, September 29 at 11:30 a.m.

We are using the Sched App to inform our guests about this event, so if you haven’t yet, please be sure to sign up to get access to the full and most up-to-date schedule (including a tool to make your own personal itinerary), a campus map, and the opportunity to connect with other attendees. Food & Drink
Lunch will be provided on both Monday and Tuesday. Appetizers will be offered as part of the Bio On reception, and coffee and light pastries will be available on Tuesday morning.  We encourage you to bring your own refillable water bottle.

Personal Items
Recommended attire is business casual. There is a coat rack available in the Event Center.  No bag check available.
